THE ACTUAL RUNNING TIME IS CLOSER TO 25 MINUTES. THERE IS SOME GOOD FACTUAL CONTENT IN THIS ONE THAT I DID NOT SEE IN OTHER VIDEOS OR BOOKS, BUT VERY LITTLE. I WOULD RATHER RECOMMEND THE VIDEO "A CAREGIVERS GUIDE TO ALZHEIMERS" OR "SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE"
