Customer Rating: Summary: Great For Reasons You May Not Consider Comment: I have Tinnitus, so a good audio is necessary for a good night sleep, or waiting to fall asleep. I used to use a Radio Shack pillow speaker, but I was having issues with it creating a bulge in my pillow right where my head rests. If I move it to the side, I have to turn up the volume--then my wife can hear it and she tells me to turn it down.
I found this item and it did the trick. My head rests between the TWO speakers and not on top of the one. The cloth enclosure keeps it from slipping during the night. Another nice thing with the dual speakers is that I turn over from one side to the other during the night, and I can still sufficiently hear the audio.

You can hear the sounds from the speakers very clearly through the pillow. Just make sure that your ear is positioned over one of the speakers and not in between. It also has a nice long cord, which gives you a lot of room to work with. I also like the free CD that came with it. A great buy for the money. I opened up the pillow and discovered that the plastic coating that covers the wire to the actual speaker was worn away and the wire was getting thin-barely attached. Would cut in and out if moved even slightly. Looked like very cheap construction. Would not buy this product again. I was very careful with it at all times. Should not have worn out so quickly.
